Return policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a store credit within 14 days upon receipt of your purchase in the same packaging (plastic bag, pouch ) and condition. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for the return. We will deduct the cost of the restocking fee from your refund unless the product was damaged before arriving to you. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Sale, discounted or coupon items are final, meaning they are neither exchangeable or returnable. The following items are final sale items and by the nature of them cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, underwear, accessories. No exceptions.

Clothing: must be returned unworn and with the original tags on the garment.
Shoes: must be returned unworn, same condition and in the original packaging.

Damaged Items: Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to inspection. If product was damaged before arriving to you, you will receive a new product in it’s place. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery. If deemed to have been worn or damaged by the customer, we will not replace the product or refund your order. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Your return will be inspected within 1-3 business days upon receipt.

If in acceptable condition, a store credit will be automatically sent in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from once the store credit has been issued.

If you are returning an item purchased with a digital gift card, the original gift card will be credited the amount of the return.

The $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your eligible refund amount. To receive a full refund (less original shipping charges and restocking fee ), your order must be received within 14 days of receipt.


If you would like to exchange the item you purchased for another size or color, we are happy to exchange it if we have it in stock. In order to make sure you get the item you want before it sells out, an exchange requires you to purchase the item again in your preferred size or color and return the original back to us. You can return your item for a store credit minus a 5% stocking fee and shipping charges. Exchange will get a full refund to your original form of payment (minus $5.00 restocking fee and shipping charges)


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return via email. The gift card remains active for 12 months from date of issue.
