Return & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days upon receipt of your purchase. Please download the return form, print, complete and return along your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Items must be returned in the same packaging (plastic bag, pouch ) and condition. Please note items received outside of the specified return period will not be accepted.
Your return will be inspected within 1-3 business days upon receipt. If in acceptable condition, a store credit will be automatically sent in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from giselleblondet.com once the store credit has been issued.
Sale, discounted or coupon items are final, meaning they are neither exchangeable or returnable. The following items are final sale items and by the nature of them cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, underwear, accessories. No exceptions.
Clothing: must be returned unworn and with the original tags on the garment.
Shoes: must be returned unworn, same condition and in the original packaging.
Damaged Items: Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to inspection. If product was damaged before arriving to you, you will receive a new product in it’s place. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery. If deemed to have been worn or damaged by the customer, we will not replace the product or refund your order. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
If you are returning an item purchased with a digital gift card, the original gift card will be credited the amount of the return.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To receive a full refund (less original shipping charges and restocking fee ), your order must be received within 14 days of receipt and must comply with all above requirements.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange the item you purchased for another size or color, we are happy to exchange it if we have it in stock. For all exchanges please write to our customer service department at info@giselleblondet.com. In order to make sure you get the item you want before it sells out, an exchange requires you to purchase the item again in your preferred size or color and return the original back to us. Please have in mind customer is responsible for shipping charges unless we have made a mistake on our end. Shipping costs is not included in returns, exchanges or refunds.
RETURNING A GIFT
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from giselleblondet.com, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return via email. The gift card remains active for 12 months from date of issue.
Giselleblondet.com is not responsible for shipments processed through third parties that get lost or stolen, nor is Giselleblondet.com responsible for mistaken addresses provided.
The customer is responsible for paying shipment of returned item(s) unless we have made a mistake on our end.
